The Right To Knowledge
Our first amendment guarantees the right of freedom of speech therefore it is a violation of that right to remove the freedom to read from and individual (Child). You cannot take away an individual right to access knowledge by banning written literature because you do not agree with its message. You might not like the message it gives, it is up to you as a sentient human being to teach the individual the difference not to remove the information from the access of that individual. The very act that you are claiming the knowledge violates, you are violating. The Right to Knowledge is a Universal Treaty that cannot and should not be removed.
